Will THE ROCK return to WWE on the Brooklyn Occasion? | CHANNEL 999

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has not played an official wrestling match since his 2013 WRESTLEMANIA match against John Cena at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey. That is set to change at an event at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn later this year.

Andrew Zarian reported on the latest edition of the Mat Men podcast that The Rock is expected to return on the 2021 Survivor Series pay-per-view series.

On television, Rock’s cousin Roman Reigns claims to be “The Tribal Chief”, “Head of the Table” and the most dominant wrestler of all time. The perfect story would be if The Rock challenged its own blood relative at WRESTLEMANIA 2022. WRESTLEMANIA will take place at the AT&T Stadium in Dallas and could attract over 100,000 spectators.

The beginning of this story is slated to begin in the Survivor Series a few days before Thanksgiving.
