Brooklyn’s real estate market continues to look sunny as summer begins. In the second quarter of 2021, the average sales price, number of sales, and supply inventory increased both quarterly and over the same period last year, according to a report prepared by reviewer Jonathan Miller of Miller Samuel and published by Douglas Elliman earlier this morning.
