Police arrest a person accused of molesting individuals in Brooklyn
A Brooklyn man faces hate crime charges after police alleged he molested a group of Jewish people outside a synagogue over the weekend.
Danial Shaukat is charged with aggravated harassment as a hate crime.
Authorities say he is one of two men who will appear on surveillance tape starting Saturday.
The video shows how they meet someone on the street in front of the Agudath Israel Synagogue on 16th Ave. approaching in Borough Park.
Police believe the same men could be responsible for another possible hate crime.
Two teenagers were attacked in Brooklyn on Saturday.
Investigators say two men approached the teenagers on Ocean Parkway in Kensington and asked them to repeat anti-Semitic sentences.
When they refused, the police said the men beat and strangled the teenagers and then drove off in a car.
