Meals supply man stabbed to loss of life in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn

CYPRESS HILLS, Brooklyn (WABC) – Search for a cyclist who indiscriminately stabbed a food delivery company in Brooklyn.

According to police, the cyclist drove up to the 53-year-old victim, who was also on a bike, and stabbed the victim in the back, causing him to fall to the ground.

It happened around 4 p.m. on Sunday on Fulton Street in Cypress Hills.

Investigators say the suspect called out to the delivery worker about what happened, but the victim ignored the suspect.

At that point, the suspect rode up to the victim and pulled out a knife before stabbing him, police say.

The victim is Asian, but the incident is not immediately treated as a prejudice crime.

He suffered a non-life threatening stab wound in his lower left back and was taken to the Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in stable condition.

The attacker is described as a man approximately 5’8 “, 160 pounds, with a slim stature, wearing a green ski mask, green hoodie, black pants, and black sneakers.
