Man arrested on costs of stealing a automotive with a 2 12 months outdated little one in Brooklyn

BROOKLYN (WABC) – A man was arrested and charged after stealing a car with a child in it in Brooklyn on Friday.

Police arrested Tyler Hall, 33, from New Hampshire on Friday night.

He is accused of stealing a car with a child in it and is charged with robbery, aggravated theft, bodily harm, reckless endangerment, unauthorized use of a vehicle, unlawful detention and child harm.

The incident was first reported on Friday around 3:45 p.m. near 3rd Avenue and 30th Street.
The child’s mother was loading the car when it was stolen. In the vehicle was a two-year-old girl in a pink dress.

The Citizen app video showed a helicopter hovering over the crime scene.

The NYPD stopped the 33-year-old suspect on the Brooklyn Queens Expressway heading east just before Exit 30 on Flushing Avenue.

He was taken into custody and had just dropped the child off in Brooklyn Bridge Park.

The child is fine but will likely be taken to the hospital for a check-up.

Her mother was taken to the hospital, disturbed by what happened.
