Lemonade Day Brooklyn receives large assist and celebrates its third 12 months at Brownsville Recreation Heart in Brooklyn throughout Brownsville Outdated Timers Day on July 23rd

Brooklyn, New York – (BUSINESS WIRE) – Lemonade Day Brooklyn, affiliated with the national Lemonade Day youth entrepreneurship program, will celebrate its third year of operation on Saturday, July 27th. That day, 30 kids and teens will open their lemonade stores with refreshing Wyler’s Light lemonade and will host lemonade stands from 12 noon to 6pm during Old Timers Day at Brownsville Recreation Center, 1555 Linden Boulevard, Brooklyn.

Lemonade Day young entrepreneurs will act as official food and beverage suppliers at this event. Many special guests, including city officials and community supporters, have been invited and are expected. Brooklyn City President Eric Adams will also propose a proclamation making July 27, 2019 Official Brooklyn Lemonade Day.

The Be That Kid Foundation and the CBEDC are hosting Lemonade Day Brooklyn with the support of the generous sponsors Brother International Corporation, Staples and Dawn Foods and the organizers of Old Timers Day. Community partners like Wyler’s Light, Spectrum Group Management, the Small Business Development Center in Brooklyn, TaylorAid, Medgar Evers College, LIU Brooklyn and the Kid’s Breaking League also support Lemonade Day Brooklyn.
