Laborious Seltzer Pageant is coming to Brooklyn

If you like to season your Seltzer with that certain something, then the Seltzerlandfest is just right for you.

The Hard Seltzer Festival comes to Brooklyn in August and brings over 30 varieties of alcoholic seltzer.

Festival goers can sample and compare the range of drinks from the market’s most popular – think White Claw and Mike’s Hard Lemonade Seltzer – to those of smaller local producers.

Brunch will be provided by Hormel and there will be other food vendors at the festival.

Originally planned for May 2020 and delayed due to the pandemic, the festival comes to the Brooklyn Expo Center on August 7th – when thirst quenching is still urgently needed in summer.

Kate Levenstien, CEO and founder of Cannonball Productions, festival organizer, told Time Out that the day would include activations, brand new seltzers and beautiful golf courses.

“We created Seltzerland to give Hard Seltzer fans the opportunity to try new flavors as entertainingly as possible.”

Seltzerland has already hit cities like Chicago, Austin, and Minneapolis. For the Brooklyn event, Seltzerland will host three smaller group sessions to help with social distancing.

The sessions take place from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. General admission tickets start at $ 42, and VIP tickets – which include an additional 30-minute tasting, a large can of hard seltzer, a specialty cocktail, and a free meal – start at $ 62.
