Gregor Gillespie robbed and stole baggage from the Barclays Middle throughout the UFC Brooklyn occasion after defeating Yancy Medeiros

A fighter was robbed Saturday night at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY, and not by the judges. The up-and-coming lightweight Gregor Gillespie dominated Yancy Medeiros for almost ten minutes before taking the TKO break in lap two with just one second to go. The win was his thirteenth in a row in his unbeaten career and his sixth in a row in the Octagon. For the native New Yorker, there is most likely a name opponent on the horizon in the hinterland.

Despite all the positive results that Gillespie had lost on January 19, he ended the night in defeat. While he was outside in the cage, someone stole his equipment backstage.

Gillespie took to social media after the event with a plea to the criminals who stole his belongings. You can keep his riot gear, but he wants his wallet and mouthpieces back.

At least Gillespie’s missing wallet will hopefully not interfere with his fishing plans after the fight. The self-described “best fisherman in MMA” was preparing for his next trip on Monday to the finger lakes south of Lake Ontario. In an update on Instagram, however, the “gift” announced that the trip would be delayed for a day due to extreme wind chills. At least it doesn’t sound like the heist is missing out on the important things, just the weather.
